Nebraska Conference for Women in Mathematics
Oct. 13, 2010 by Chris Rasmussen
The Nebraska Conference for Undergraduate Women in Mathematics is an annual event which offers talented women in the mathematics major to meet and connect with other women, at all stages of their careers, in the mathematical sciences. Participants have a chance to learn about life in graduate school from current graduate students.
In recent years, several Wesleyan students have attended NCUWM. If you are interested in attending this year, please contact Professor Carol Wood, or any member of the department’s Advisory Committee. You can also visit the NCUWM web site.
Please notice that registration has already started and space is limited. The organizers strongly encourage interested students to register before Thanksgiving.
